MENTORS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR PROGRAM AND THEY ARE CHOSEN FOR THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND PASSION.

MENTORSHIP IN THE LORD ECHENDU FOUNDATION YOUNG YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME IS AN OUT-OF-CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE FOR CLOSE GUIDANCE TO ENCOURAGE PERSONAL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS IN SELECTED APPLICANTS WITHIN A CLOSED MENTORSHIP AND LEARNING PLATFORM.

The first step in becoming a mentor is to complete a registration form, which will be reviewed. After being accepted for mentorship, you will be provided access to the mentorship and learning platform. Mentees will be matched with mentors based on their preferences and administrative matching to guarantee the greatest fit.

As a mentor, you will spend six weeks working with up to three mentees in a task-based learning forum, encouraging each mentee to go out and execute each learning module. Following the course, you will mentor your mentee for a period of 12 months, setting monthly milestones that will be monitored to assure success.
